We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was perfect - spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The staff, especially the beautiful ladies at the reception and restaurant, provided top-class service. The location was ideal, with a walkable distance to the city center and a pleasant neighborhood. We also appreciated the amenities like AC, inductive charger, and a coffee machine. we received great value for our money.

The breakfast would have been better with a greater variety of choices. We missed having some sweeter options and a larger selection to choose from.

We also appreciated the Vietnamese restaurant on the premises, where we could order food to take back to our room. The breakfast options were delicious, especially the apple juice and eggs, and we were able to take the breakfast with us, which was perfect for us as we were traveling with our child and two large dogs. The check-in process was smooth, thanks to the online check-in via their chatbot Alfred, and one of the employees went above and beyond by providing us with helpful tips for our trip to Prague and parking suggestions. We also took advantage of the parking option for an additional fee, which we found to be very convenient. Lastly, the air conditioning in the apartment was a wonderful amenity, keeping us cool and comfortable during our stay.
